By commissioning me, you agree to follow and understand the terms below.
GENERAL
-I reserve the right to deny or cancel an art request at any time for any reason.
-Prices are non-negotiable.
-Art must be paid for within 1-2 weeks since work has been started.
-Over 5 revisions will add additional fees to the artwork. Price will vary.
USAGE
-My art CANNOT be used to train AI.
-My art CANNOT be used to sell merchandise unless additional fees for commercial rights are paid for.
-Art CAN be used for streaming with a small amount of commercial rights fees. Price will vary.
REFUNDS
-A commission will typically take 1-2 months. You must allow up to 5 months before a partial or full refund will be distributed by the artist.
-A full refund will only be distributed if work has not started on time and/or the commission is canceled before the work has been started.
-If the artist/commissioner cancels when work has begun, a partial refund will be negotiated.
-There will be NO refunds for finished artwork.
